very very nice composition here. I like that you followed the rule of thirds as it is very appropriate in this image. Also, the sharpness and clarity on the detail of the carousel is good. Although, unfortunately, when viewed at highest resolution, the clarity does fall apart a bit. Nevertheless, your use of the sky as a backdrop was very successful. Overall, i really like it.

This part of the carousel has nice visual appeal and results in an interesting shot. I think a shot of the empty wooden horses would have had the dramatic impact you achieved in "Water Park".
