Not a very imaginative title i know but that is what it is! The Pantheon is a roman built structure that stands in middle of Rome and has been converted into a church. Despite having competition from St Peter's Basilica in terms of size it is the biggest unsupported dome structure in Rome.

I remember the hole in the roof of the Pantheon, and how the inside was so wide open. It's an amazing place. I also remember the fountain across from it. Very nice shot of both you have captured here. Sure brings back memories. Thanks.

Nice picture Rachel, almost looks like HDR, the column on the left draws the eye but this could be straightened in photo shop and would impove the shot greatly. Thanks for posting.

Lovely picture. Currently into the Pantheon are buried the Kings of Italy and Raffaello Sanzio.
The existing structure has been restored as is today by the Emperor Adrian.
