If a man does not keep pace with his companions, perhaps it is because he hears a different drummer. Let him step to the music which he hears, however measured or far away. Henry D. Thoreau
Super job Randy, great colour and depth, design, got it all bud. Steve would have been proud of this and that was a real shame too after all the laughs he gave us and he had his serious side also. A chance encounter with a sting-ray like that, man just goes to show ya you never know. Steve Irwin is smiling on ya Randy and that should make you smile too.:-)
Wonderful tribute Randy... Steve will be missed very much not only over here but worldwide, he was one of the most down to earth people around, what you see on tv is how he was in real life, he lived life to the fullest...
Never rebuke while you’re still indignant about a fault committed—wait until the next day, or even longer. Then calmly, and with a purer intention, make your reprimand. You’ll gain more by a friendly word than by a three-hour quarrel.
-Josemaria Escriva
Picture Purrrfect .
A purrrfect world is what we all want, but, seems too unobtainable. If I've viewed and commented on your post, and you liked my remarks then NO THANKS is needed...just getting to see your wonderful work is thanks enough for me!!
Also BIG thanks to all who check out my work!! I appreciate any and all comments & feedback!!
My oh my, this image is so absolutely appropiate, as it is a soft and gentle tribut to 'the' man who loved the animals of the wild so much, that his heart and soul mingled with theirs! It seemed so, in every docutmentary I have ever seen!! In unison with the heart of the animal, together they became as one, and nothing else on earth mattered to him momentarily!! A fantastic example of one 'living in the moment', I must say! He was all consumed and fully focused at all times on whatever confronted him in the animal kingdom, at a given time! He had always hoped that his audience would become an intricate part of each and every scene to the fullest, and learn to love wild life as he did! He loved to see the attention, the excitement seen on every face in the audience! He thrived on all that natured could offer him and his audience, and loved every single momnet of it all! A sweet, but courageous man! Another very sad event, was that of leaving his new baby! My eyes are tearing at the moment! Very wonderful tribute to this enthusiastic soul, one of a kind indeed! Nice work Randy! Sincerely, Marilyn
