I'd been wondering where all my bird seed had been going so quickly, then I found this little dude sitting right in my feeder. He said he was just swingin' and wasn't there for food...the verdict soon.

What a perfect pose for the caption! I like also how the feeder is swinging in the picture, or appears to be. Of course, if you see a squirrel moving at all, they are guilty!! I have a tee-shirt that shows a big fat grey squirrel with a fake beak strapped to his face, and fake, homemade looking wings strapped to his body. He's holding up a placard with the scrawl, "Feed the birds." heheheheh And it seems every country I've ever lived in or travelled to, they all do the saaaame thing.. raid the bird feeder! :-D great shot!!!

I think you deserved an even better score than the one you have, but it's a good one, and this little guy is now in protective custody on my hard drive, so you'll have to come looking for him if you're going to accuse him of anything..lol...so clear..amazing.
