The government of tyrants cannot last long because it is hateful to the multitude, and what is against the wishes of the multitude cannot long be preserved.
-Thomas Aquinas
Same kinda effecton this one but this looks more like a drawing than stained glass and I guess thats down to the lighting of the original but maybe it`s the colours. No matter a good technique you got here.
Lu 17:24 For as the lightning, that lighteneth out of the one part under heaven, shineth unto the other part under heaven; so shall also the Son of man be in his day.

Quite an illustrative result ... and one that is pleasing to my eye and artistic sensibilities.
That said ... crop. A tad top heavy ... in my humble opinion. Bringing the bird down into the lower thirds and keeping the angular perch would be my suggestion. You might be able to clone a portion, transform that selection so that the bird does not end up smack dab in the middle as a result of the crop.
In other words, reverse the spaces below and that above the bird itself for a more balanced ... according to where my eyes are being lead ... composition.
Nice choice of imagery to apply this treatment to, Randy. Might even go so far as to further suggest some dodging around the bird's eye to bring some more focalilty (whaaa? it's a word :oP) to that element of the bird itself.
I like this one. Very pleasant colourings ... good detail and delineation. And but of course, thanks for sharing your efforts.
