Maybe they get purple from the background. lol They are lovely buds and branches. I think something further evolves from these and you get something that actually looks like smoke. Keep watching!

i love the tones here, theres a kind of blurry bit on the left which is a bit distracting though which is the only minor nit pick i can see.
