My friend and I were walking around Chattoogna, which is an amazing city, taking pictures. This was taken at Cooliage Park at the Water Foundain, where you can always find some kids playing in the water.
It's an interesting shot. The impact could be improved by decentralizing the subject. A crop from the bottom to eliminate the flat stone surface, and in from the right border, leaving only the one water spout next to the "beast". It provides better balance to the photo and creates more impact. Also a touch of Sharpen will make the water droplets more distinctive. Kids at play are always good subject material and the cropping accentuates this aspect of the photo.
