Hey Jan,
Thanks for sharing the color version, it is such a lovely image,
I like the B&W version, no doubt, but I prefer this one,
The different framing, wonderful colors, not to mention the gorgeous sun rays,
They all add up to that special feel, (~8

Gasp!! This is off the charts, lady. I love it, and it looks a bit like an application of HDR was employed to its best advantage. I've got to save this one :)

Beautiful post, Jan. The colors are lovely and I think I like this and the black and white equally. They each have different features that make them appealing to the eye.
You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being.

Great shot, love old barns. The colour version is my favorite, but I did find my eye going to the sky a lot, but since its so dramatic it does not take aways from the shot.
