That darkness technique really worked well with this shot! The perspective is really very nice and the water is wonderful!

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being. - Hermes

A fantastic shot, so rich it feels like - well, something very rich. It's full of atmosphere and really caught my attention in the voting booth.

So peaceful and serene this is, Jan. I really love the richness in the colours, and the clarity is spectacular. Please do tell us what type of lens that is. Fantastic work! :)
