Jan, for me an IR filter is still a relative new phenomenon. Think you can make (almost) 'invisible' things visible (only in B&W) at an image, so becoming wonderful images like this one. Very well done! Regards, Cornelius

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being. - Hermes

Quite an interesting effect with the IR in this. It has a kind of fairy tale feel to it for me -

The b/w and the bright light make it seem as though snow had fallen on this scene.
Stunning work.

Sorry to all...I haven't been commenting as much as I would like to lately. I'm a 9 to 5er again (actually more like 8:15 to 7:30 these days!!) Don't worry, I still see all of your wonderful posts, if only for a second.

Saw this in the VB. I actually used IR film in the 70's. It makes some wonderful images. The filter does a great job as this image shows.
