Sorry everyone that I am behind with my comments, im having one of those weeks :-(
Thanks for all your views and comments in advance, and i will attempt to catch up soon! :-) honest! lol.
No worries re comments on my part Jan, I've been so busy I haven't posted anything this week! Love this one - the road disappearing off into the sunset with just the right amount of glow on it. The atmosphere reminds me a little bit of 'The Sun had Closed the Winter Day by Joseph Farquharson (without the sheep) - that lovely sense of a bright winter with everything at peace.
"The more we come in contact with animals, and observe their behaviour, the more we love them, for we see how great is their care for their young." - philosopher Immanuel Kant
I'd rather see the results of you capturing beautiful images such as these as you find them, than worrying about catching up, at least on my uploads. As long as you look at them, that's all I really ask, and as the days toward the Christmas season approach it will be all the harder to "keep up".
Wonderful job, and I appreciate all your efforts here..comments, uploads, views and support.
"I never looked for it, gave it no name; yet I knew it always, when the gift of peace came. I stood quite still for the moment that it lasted...Then the light shifted slightly and the moment passed, leaving me...with the lasting echo of its presence.." Diana Gabaldon
You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being.

I'm way behind on comments as well :) This is an absolutely gorgeous scene wonderfully composed with the silhouettes and I love the red glow on the road, it's so inviting to just ride off into the sunset (or walk) :)
