I will enjoy. What a gorgeous scene and color is haunting. Looks like two worlds are colliding. The foreground is the here and now and the background is either the past or the future. Take your pick. Either one works which makes this a great photo. Hope you enjoyed your trip but I imagine you did.
Jan.

This is a fantastic image Jan, you really get space into a landscape and the colour treatment is perfect. It's a gorgeous shot.

Thanks to all my friends for the wonderful images I get to look at and learn from on Caedes every day. I always have something to say about them, but don't always have the time to record it. Please forgive me if I can't comment on all of your uploads.

It certainly would appear to be so, Jan. Love the turquoise view and the stones. Where did you go?

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being. - Hermes

Your composition is a real asset to your view here. The diagonals work to enhance an already beautiful upload. The color is amazing!

I think Tick had it right. It's hauntingly beautiful. You have such an amazing talent for capturing the mood of a landscape Jan. This one portrays such silence and serenity. Very well done :) (glad you're back! I just got home myself)
