Please, even if you don't visit my gallery, check out my "Faves".I've left them intact since day "1", and would like it if every image there got the attention they deserved.

A very cool shot for such a foggy day. The foreground sets off the background perfectly. Nice job.

Looks pretty much like the same weather that Bob dumped on me when I came over there.. However, I found UK country still pretty even in dumpy weather. Nice post.

Considering your previous post, I won't tell you what I thought the subject of this one might be. lol I am happy to see that it is an amazingly beautiful landscape from a high vantage point. That must be some ancient artifact directly ahead, but it works to draw our focus right into the valley below.

I was thinking that has to be some kind of gun to shoot a hole that big through that boulder:) I agree with the others, like the perspective and find I rather also like the sky as the brightness giving way to the f/g adds to the depth and misty look.

Cindy is too funny with her remarks. However, I was watching my step when I opened it as well.

Great view and it must have been nice to be with so many accomplished photographers. It makes it easier to overlook their other deficiencies. Just kidding. Great work.

A beautiful landscape. I know you said the weather was far from good, but I think it works well in this one. Kind of adds to the mystery of the capture. Lyn.

What arcane use IS that rock with a hole put to? We don't have none of them things DownUnder, must be some new fangled teknology that hasn't got to the colonies yet. :)
Super landscape shot and the weather enhances it I reckon.

We did have a fab weekend and it was so good to be in Patti country. Kind of a shame about the weather when we went up to Curbar Edge but you still got a great shot. As for Patti's Wuthering Heights comment....I wonder who Heathcliff might be? (Wanders off whistling).
