This reminds me of bubble painting, where you get a container of water drop in some paint then blow bubbles through a straw, then gently put a piece of paper on top of it.. Enjoy

I got this in the voting booth Jac and it so reminded me of bubbles that I took a walk down memory lane before I voted :).....it also got high marks from me! The gradient colors are so cool and the circles have a three-dimensional look to them as well as a way cool transparency. Very delightful and whimsical creation. I am going to let this beauty be on my hard drive in my favorites folder so I look at it when I am feeling whimsical :) Thank you for sharing this with me....
