I was amazed how this turned out... I was experimenting with using a few different scripts and messing with numbers in the variations and ended up with this.... a fantastic exploding gold & sapphire dragon (dragons head and neck is on the left).... Enjoy (apophysis only and yes its just one flame.. only thing photoshopped is the signature) *

Wonderful design and colours with great use of light. I can sort of see what you mean about the dragon, but what I really see is a world - a planet traced through time and now, in the present, bulging with possible futures - if such and such, then this world, if so and so, then this other, and so on. I certainly must have read too much science fiction at one time!

Anyone would be amazed to see this pop up on their desktop. He's going in every direction. I especially like the colors of blue and just a touch of red and pink.

I think this is a terrific fractal, very different from what we normally see. It's sharp & kinda edgy but the gradient gives it a nice soft organic feel. Beautiful contrasts in this & this is just fantastic. I'm really looking forward to more of your experiments !
