This is just outside of the Observation Bar aboard the RMS Queen Mary in Long Beach, California. The ship was a luxury liner, transporting notable people such as Winston Churchill along it's many voyages across the Atlantic until 1967 when it retired from service and was sold to the city of Long Beach for 3.5 million dollars
