A little piece of Heaven not too far rom my House. There is about 5 square miles of this Marsh. I took a panoramic shot and will probably upload that next. No adjustments where made here so what you see is what you get. Taken from an elevated platform.

I think this is gorgeous the only thing that i see that takes away from the beautiful post is the horizon line. Please don't be offended but i'm trying to be of help. Picassa 2 is a free progam through google that has a very easy to use straighten too, that would correct this. Otherwise the shadow play, colors and sky are right on too my eye. >< ♫ ♪ ♫ ♪ ♫ :)sandi ♪ ♫ ♪ ♫ ♪ ♫

Very nice. Love the light in this and that little splash of red. Just a teeny tipsy. Well done.

A lovely composition, Jay. The colors are wonderful and so is the lighting. Good eye.

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being. - Hermes

You can be sure I nabbed this as soon as I saw it. The colors alone are worth the view :)

Love it - the colors are very vivid and the contrast against the dark clouds with the sunlight behind is really very nice! ~Mimi :o)

the critiques have already been covered, so I'll just add that I really like the soft feel to the piece, and like the way you've framed the shot.
