Another Photoshop/Illustrator composition...This is my rendition of the actual living room of My Childhood House (Behind the big window on the left) ...all done from memory (I've long since misplaced any snapshots I had of the living room, or the house itself...) Not everything is actual...The large picture in the center is from the earlier Still Life - Table & Shelf (My stepmother actually had another large-sized painting there of the New York City Skyline that she had done herself)...and the items on the brass coffee table are the main components from Three Candles ...

Nice work, Ron! A clean and attractive composition and very interesting! Were you allowed to put your feet on the coffee table?

This is a great composition and some things are very real in my memory! I love the symmetry of it all, so I find the door on the right, though probably factual - a bit of a distraction to this beautiful trip down memory lane! Looks like my first real home after I got married! LOL. A super posting and thanks for the memories...

Great work. You did not grew up in the 1970s, cause there would not be that much taste in this room. Smile. Wonderful composition and following the links was a plessure too.

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being. - Hermes
