Another one of FLW's masterpieces, The Williams House (constructed 1895) was one of Wright's earlier commissions after he went out on his own from the architectural firm of Adler & Sullivan...A & S had actually fired FLW when they caught him designing his own commissions on the side...See Also: Fallingwater - Wright Stuff II...

This is a nice shot of this place. The frame is interesting and compliments the design of the building.

Oh, I saw this today in the VB and liked it a lot and here I meet it again. I like the building a lot and the frame just adds to the beauty.

Now you've got me curious as to why you decided to pick up in this thread with old Frank. He was definitely an architectural artist, but why him and why now? Is there an anniversary I'm missing?
