MAy I add a brief word? The work does not end on Nov 5th. Whoever your candidate, whoever the victor, we need to hold ALL of our elected officials accountable to the wishes of the people for the next 4 years.

I'd much rather have this reminder than all the obnoxious phone calls! Although SC isn't exactly a "battleground state", I'll still get out on Tuesday and do my part.
On a side note, I think someone would have to be not quite sane (and a glutton for punishment) to actually want that job!

Well, you seem to have covered all the major issues, Ron. Let's hope whoever had the best plans gets to implement them. They are up against hard times and a failed economy and so much to put right again after eight years. Do you think anyone who wants to would forget to vote? lol

I think the candidates could have made a lot of homeless happy with all they spent on campaigning. How did Lincoln ever get elected without the media?

Good post Ron. Rich is right about the holding of elected officials accountable. I know one that hold's himself accountable. To bad they all don't.
