...Well it is, for Artopolis...

In keeping with the storyline:

Artopolis City Seal - Wiccan pentagram (signifying the place was founded by a tribe of witches and mystics), with a raised "A" for the city's name...Incidentally, that particular type of "A" is also sometimes used to symbolize "anarchy", and with city ordinances such as this one, one has to figure everyday life in this burg sometimes isn't too far off that track...

Mess County Seal - Official seal of the county for which Artopolis is the seat of...The original seal was much like the city seal, a Wicca pentagram with a small group of settlers from all walks of life, but when "Hizz DISonner" (Mayor Grafft) was elected into office years ago, he felt a few "changes" were needed...Initially voted down on changing the city seal, he was able to "raise a little hell" within the county heirarchy, and get the design he originally intended for the city...The water is symbolic of the supernaturally enriched/polluted Phantoma River...
