...I stated that I wouldn't create any NEW characters depicted in pandemic masks, but this isn't exactly a "new" character...

--- Meet Millicent "Milli" Catlow (RIP), the last keeper of this haunted place (Her background story is also partially explained on that particular page)... The above snapshot was taken about a month before her passing, almost 40 years ago at nearby Catlow's Leap... She was known as something of a hermit back then... She never married, nor had any desire to help bring any children into this world, often keeping just to herself, and her duties at the Lighthouse... Occasionally she'd be seen at the local supermarket, bookstore, bakery, and a few other specialized shops near the Point, making some conversation (mostly about her job), but no one really knew that much about her... Whenever the subject of the Lighthouse is brought up, so are the events leading up to the demise (and a few mysterious stories afterward) of its last keeper, Milli...
