I wasn't going to post this one, because it was not as clear as I wanted it to be. The wind was blowing very hard the day I took the shot. I liked the various colors of the leaves, though, so I decided to upload it anyway.

Well, I'm glad you did. It has such a spring-time look to it, even though it is a fall shot...must be the lighter colors against the greens. It's snowing here now, so it's refreshing to look at this scene. Thanks for deciding to put it up!!

Awesome shot! That is just about the best mix of colors I have ever seen from natures paint brush! The only thing better than your photo would be to be there in person. Wonderful photo! :)

Nice shot, I like how the red dominates the centre and provides a starting point from which the eyes can wander.

I like the four corners and the strong diagonal line across center. The corners push the eyes to the center and the diagonal moves us left to right. I also like the colors and join with the others in saying that I am glad you went ahead and posted it. We may have snow down here today - how is it up there?

Just came from "High Above Swan Creek". Preferred that one to this ... but not because of any lack of clarity (think you're being overly hard on yourself in that respect) but rather I liked the better angle on the stream with it's reflections compared to this one. I agree the sprinkling of color here makes my decision a tad difficult ... but that's my decision ... and I'm stickin' with it. Uploading both was a good decision on your part. :)

Nice colors and depth.... that looks just like a place that I went to take pictures at and started down the hill to get a different perspective. The next thing I knew I was sliding down the hill by the seat of my pants, But I saved the camera.

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . I like the colours of the leaves too,Jim. At first it doesen't look like anything special but the more you look at the picture the more you see sense in it. Good work.
