Good shot Jim as otters are difficult to capture well as they always seem to be on the move whenever I see them at the zoo. I love the shadow/silhouette of the leaves as well. You obviously have a way with animals, JimtalkstotheanimalsboB.

Well brother, this is so cool! I too love the shadows of the tree and the details and focus are superb! Another one in my faves. Just excellent!

They are very playful and you caught him taking a rest. Great shot JimboB and I too like the shadow on the wall. Looks like Toledo was a good stop for you. Hope they don't keep you.

This is great JimBob - love how his coat fades into the browns and beiges of the enclosure and especially the silhouette of the leaves above his head. Nice work. Otters are soooo cute.
Suppose you gave all the animals in the Toledo Zoo a name Jim.
We already met Hugo, and now there's Otto. Think a male lion got the name Leo from you, lol.
Thanks for this fine post Jimbob.
Regards, Cornelius.
I like this shot of Otto. It looks like a sepia shot when you first look at it. I particularly like the shadows of the leaves on the rock. Well done!
