I agree with you Jimbob that this one has more colour simply because it shows more of a coloured foreground. Have my doubts which one I would call the best. Thinks it's just a matter of personal taste. If one is a lover of dramatic skies one should choose the other one. If more colours are prefarable one should choose this one. Think however it's a luxury problem as you provided us with two excellent posts.

WOW Jim, right into my fav's. I agree with you, it does have a lot of colour. Really love the fabulous texture in the foreground and again that gorgeous sky plus the fall colours, wow. BRAVO my friend & HAPPY HALLOWEEN.

I like the foliage and water in this, the kind of grainy treatment you've given them works well with the soft colours and shapes. The sky is a bit overdone for me but it hasn't stopped you getting a very high score. Nice shot JimBob and your post work is really coming on.
