I think this is a beaut Jim! Love the color of the sky and iced over water separated by the trees and their color. Very nicely done my friend. =^..^= sandi ♪

This is nice too Jim. The light's not quite as good as in the previous one but I like the fine detail that's on display and the sense of winter bleakness.

I like the wider view. Those "moody" clouds and the sheet of thin ice below with the trees on shore make this a great post, Jimbob.

When those dramatic clouds will bring some snow there may be a dangerous situation as people could think they can walk on this with thin ice covered pond. Wonderful image my friend!

Those sure are some small Islands JimboB. I like your Aldrich Pond and it is very photogenic. You have been very successful with it. Nice touch of FDR.

By now, me thinks, you could skate on the pond? Not easy to capture much color at this time of year, but you sure have captured the dark tones that set the mood for this gray day and the trees seem to reflect a golden tone that compliments the blues of the sky.
