They say that geese are the best "guard dogs". Farmers use them for that purpose also. They were noisy because they saw a red neck with a black object in his hands :) Nice image Jimbob, I like the colouring here and the scene as a whole.

I'm starting to think there are more Canadian geese in the US then Canada, they come down here for the winter like the better climate and never go home. Yes they are loud especially in the morning and near dusk.
