I have posted this bridge before, but with a lot of editing. Other than the framing, the only thing I did to this picture was to give it a wee bit of sharpening. So, it's pretty much straight from the camera. It was taken at 4:30 this afternoon. Thanks for the comments and views.

I love those old bridges. Wonderful angle. Picturesque surroundings. Lighting is great for that time of day. Here it would be hazy and too drastic. Excellent work.

I believe you have your camera figured out JimboB. This bridge is so photogenic. Keep snapping. Excellent choice to not edit.

Covered bridges are a speciality in the U.S. and not common in most countries. This bridge looks great in in its "natural state" Jimbob although I don't like the way it is sagging :) A wonderful and interesting post!

I like this photo of Mull JimBob - it makes a nice pair when placed with your shot of this bridge from the front looking inside. You are fortunate to have the Mull so close to you and you do it justice with your photographs. Thanks for sharing.

A great image Jim and I appreciate the fact that it's hardly had any post-work. these covered bridges are obviously very important and of course we don't have them here, but why do you have them there? Why were they made this way?

Really like this old covered bridge in it's nature state Jimbob. Such history this has, are they still using it at least for foot traffic. Gorgeous and Bravo my friend.
