It only makes sense, that if I post a picture titled "Above The Dam," that I would post one titled "Below The Dam." Congratulations, Carol (Starglow)...you win an all expense paid vacation to Iowa. (I didn't fall in, though.) LOL. Thanks for the comments.

I am beginning to wonder if the heron actually came with the photo or it flew in while you were editing JimboB. I know you are tricky and really good at that. Whatever, it adds a nice touch and the bridge just finishes the scene.
You have another winner.

I did not see the heron until tick mentioned it. Nice view of the bridge you chose, almost looks like painting.

I don't know which one I like better - I think this one because the water is more active here and there are more trees all around. A real fine image Jimbob with very good colors and clarity.

Gosh, I've never won a thing and to think I won a trip to Iowa. Since I live in the N.E. corner, maybe I can go south. Are you going to make the arrangements? I'd like to visit Joanie.

I do like this shot though. Maybe the Above one better. Let me know when you have things arranged.

Do we get to vote on above or below? I really like this bridge you've found. Has this heron replaced the geese? Does it follow you around for photo ops?
