This is a very nice shot, and I really like that they still have the water flowing, so many have been shut down and no longer work. I love the HDR work on this shot, and the frame too. Great job.
HDR was a perfect choice for this scene ... I love the 3D features. Color tones are very pleasant & not over done. I like how you focused in on the water wheel. Excellent work Jim.
An excellent capture of the mill in this beautiful well composed scene, Jimbo. I like the HHR effect in this image. Great job, Saved.
Thanks for sharing.

I'm not usually a fan of the "heavier variety" of HDR editing, but this is one of the few exceptions.. the scene is perfect for it, and your post work gives this a painted feel. Not crazy about the edge effect.. but I guess that'll just get chalked up to artisitic differences. Nice one.
Please, even if you don't visit my gallery, check out my "Faves".I've left them intact since day "1", and would like it if every image there got the attention they deserved.
* Owing to the deterioration in my hands, I find that I cannot comment as much as I should..But please know...I do look at all your posts!..and will leave my 'moniker' >OB< when I do so!...Thank you all *

So this is where they make Grits. I've always wondered, now I know. LOL!
Like your take on this one Jimbob. The water wheel action reminds me of the Paddle Boats on the Old Mississippi.
The HDR really makes this one POP! Well Done Pard.
Think I'll have some Bacon with those Grits!
This Image GRABBED my EYE. That's Why I Stopped By.
Thanks For Sharing ! Never argue with an idiot. They drag you down to their level and then beat you with experience
Like everyone has said, the FDR is fantastic JimboB. You have done so well with that program. A great scene and I guess Saunder Village is ahead 2-0. Not for long because The Grist Mill is racking up the points.
