I thought I'd interrupt the Butterfly series, to share this picture of a Bald Eagle that I took at the Toledo Zoo yesterday. My Canon EOS 40D did a good job of blurring out the fence it was behind. I did no cloning or anything else to cover up the fence. I was really surprised that it didn't show at all. Thanks for the comments and views.
Tick Tech Talk: F 5.6, 1/500 sec; ISO 400, Canon 28-135mm IS lens.

Fabulous!! My soccer team is Benfica and it's symbol is an eagle. Benfica plays in the Stadium of Light and before matches start an eagle descends from the top of the stadium to the pitch. It is always a great moment.

Very nice shot of the eagle, Jimbob. I have always had a problem with the nets or fence. Here there is not the slightest trace of the fence. Wonderful focus.
