A superb job on this one Jimbob! Those reflections are great that you've added to this capture! Like that lone bird stretched against the cloudy sky! :)Ami
I sometimes think that this effect can be overused but not here. It suits the landscape and the sky perfectly and and adds an extra dimension to the picture.
I like the way you did that, Jimbob. It could have been just this way. I like the way the frame came out dark blue to as a fine compliment to your pretty image.
And the Lord spake, saying, "First shalt thou take out the Holy Pin. Then shalt thou count to three, no more, no less. Three shall be the number thou shalt count, and the number of the counting shall be three. Four shalt thou not count, neither count thou two, excepting that thou then proceed to three. Five is right out. Once the number three, being the third number, be reached, then lobbest thou thy Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch towards thy foe, who, being naughty in my sight, shall snuff it."
I was wondering how you were going to get mud to reflect. Now I know. Great use of the program JimboB. Perfect photo for this type of effect. Another good shot and edit.
You did a great job JimBob but then You are master manipulator are You not? I like the bird in the sky - whether natural or if You put him there, it adds a great deal to the overall shot.
