Beautiful bridge. Bridges have always impressed me. In a real and metaphorical sense, to me they are "connection" between the worlds ...

My husband loves to explore old bridges. This one certainly fits the bill. It's a beautiful shot. I can just hear that water lapping the supports now!

Nice perspective, Jimbob. I guess we are into posting old things, you and I. lol I like the arches in this. It reminds me of the Bridge of Flowers in Shelburne Falls, but that one you can still ambulate. The water and sky look so fine here too.

I think Al Jolson used to sing about that river and bridge. Oh Maumee, how I love, how I love you Maumee.
The textures are really good. It seems I have seen this bridge pre FDR. Excellent post JimboB.

It is known that there is an infinite number of worlds, simply because there is an infinite amount of space for them to be in. However, not every one of them is inhabited. Therefore, there must be a finite number of inhabited worlds. Any finite number divided by infinity is as near to nothing as makes no odds, so the average population of all the planets in the universe can be said to be zero. From this it follows that the population of the universe is also zero, and that any people you may meet from time to time are merely the product of a deranged imagination.
