Yep that's what it is alright the title says it all. The cart looks like it sat in the same spot for the last 50 years. I do like this photo it has character and charm

It doesn't matter waht the "official" name is, it's a wonderful photo...the character this 'cart' gives to the photo is just awesome, alongside that classy fence.Ant the colours are totally fantastic.
