My Mom wanted me to take her out for a drive on Tuesday, so we went down by the Mull Covered Bridge. She really loves it there.

Thanks for the comments, friends.

What a natural scene Jimbob! I am sure she didn't know that you were taking her photo, lost in thought as she was. A fine image!

Jimbob - This is a special photo. It is good that she wanted to go to a place that both of you like so much and that you took her. The shot is very natural, perhaps with her not being aware that you were taking the picture (or she looked down thinking, 'Here he goes again with that d@#n camera.') Well done! Thad

Special moments are to be cherished for sure. By you and her too. I love the pondering appearance and the shadows too. They always soften anything so nicely. My Mom passed away last December. I miss her. It's so sweet that you take her to her favorite spot. Nothing ever replaces our Moms. You're a nice guy to take her places too! No wonder she loves that bench, it's right by the bridge and the water. I imagine its peaceful there.(((hugs))) Verena

Great shot JimboB. Moms are so special. Here is a shot I posted of my Mom right after I first became a member. She is still a doll.
Kudos to you for taking your mom out so she could Mull over some things.

Photos like this is what photography is all about, this is just superb.

Just makes me wonder what she is thinking about, past good times, past bad times . . . only she will know, what a wonderful post.
