This photo is very well taken! You have found a common subject, and made it dramatic and beautiful! Wonderful colors too :) Have a great day!

An image that is nice and sharp, Jimbob. Good presentation and also composition with the small trees in front.

Jimbob - It looks like Bid Red got a face lift recently. It looks great and ready to take on the elements for the next several decades. Your image cropping has provided a great composition. Well done friend. Thad

It looks like an abandoned Air Base with all those silos Jimbob.
I think there was a law passed in 1792 that any barn that was not red was illegal and run the risk of being animaless. Don't quote me on that.
Wonderful scene.

One must be blind Jimbob if this one wouldn't caught someone's attention.
Perfect post, mate!

A great scene to capture Jim. A red barn is just how things should be. When one of my Grandfathers died and the farm sold, the City Slickers that bought the farm painted the barn a tan color. Several folks in town shared with them that they had made a terrible error. My Grandfather was known for the pride he took in his bold red barns. Within a few weeks the barns were red again. :o)

Barns should be red - I think that rule is in paragraph 452, subsection 387 - footnote! LOL This is a terrific bucolic shot.

The barn is so perfectly centered Jimbob! Do have any idea why so many barns up there are painted red? Down here I rarely see a red barn...

Red barns are in for me, especially the old ones. A very nicely done post, in a nice frame also.
