Spheniscus magellanicus, likes to hang out in Argentina, Chile and the Falkland Islands. Thank gawd for Wikipedia, lol. Looks like the little fellow is looking towards his former homeland.

I think he is sad because he is suffering from the Napoleon Complex, JimboB. It is natural for those short in stature.
