This is a Merlin Falcon, that I captured today at the Swan Creek Metropark Window On Wildlife. When I walked in the room, and looked out the window, there it was, just sitting there in the pond. It stayed there long enough for me to get off a few shots .

I have recently found out that this is a Sharp Shinned Hawk...Richie knows his birds.
