What is the name of the song? I was expecting Give Me That Old Time Religion, but it doesn't seem to be that.

Gets my vote! tried this type of sheet music shot a few times but not as well as this one that you took here. I really like the antiquing effect, works well. Maybe I'll try my hand at it again today since it's so damn cold out.
