Jim, I really like the color and contrasts in this wonderful winter capture of Magee Marsh, I sure would like to go back there this coming year. Very well captured and imagery of this neat place. Tigs♥ =^..^=
So your neck of the woods looks like a frozen tundra too? lol The sky is such a pretty color and a wonderful blue. Sometimes I think the sky is bluer in Winter and maybe that's only because we see so few of them then. I like this composition very much as well as the profiled vegetation on the periphery. Glad to see this post. I wonder if those are rabbit tracks. Really nice job, Jimbob.
Jimbob - A terrific image. The browns of the shoreline trees contrast wonderfully with the blue sky and wispy clouds as well as the snow-covered frozen marsh. The sweep of the shoreline across the image is perfect. Thad
For some reason the tracks really peak my interest in this one JimboB. Was it a fox, possum, coon or just someone's dog. Whatever it was it added to the beauty of your composition.
It's amazing the tones that the grasses take on in the winter time. Pretty shot, Jim and I'm with Tick on the tracks. THey really caught my interest. Fox, coyote, dog, deer? Hmmmm -
The reason why the sunsets in the evening is because it wants to see the sunrise in the morning. I rise in the morning because I want to see them both. RvdB
