Shot through glass and under water at the Toledo Zoo, this turtle/tortoise seemed to be smiling about something.

I am by no means an expert on this subject (or any subject, by the way) but I guessing what Jimbob has here is a Diamondback Terrapin. They love to live in the water and they have those web feet. Now, how they get their heads back into their shells will need to be address by someone else. lol.

It must be the rare Giraffe Turtle, JimboB. Serve with the pheasant under glass and a nice turtle soup. Clear for all the obstacles you had.

I don't know, Jim. I think I detect some motion blur which is to be expected from these agile and fast moving creatures. I hear that they can attain speeds of 100 mph in a steep dive. Oh, that a peregrine, not a terrapin. I was wondering how he could fly without wings. Then again, I'm wondering what speeds he might attain if dropped from an airliner at 40,000 feet. :-)
