At a local pond. It came out of the pond to eat right out of my hand.

Nice and sharp image of the goose Jimbob. At least he is biting on food - not a tree like my goose :)

Classic pose of this goose JimboB. It appears it thinks it is a swan. I hope you didn't burst its bubble. Wonderful presentation.

Looks just like Garfield Goose - a famed Chicago puppet character of the 50's and 60's - very nice image - brought back memories of my youth.

I love the detail and that you can see each water drop on its wings. I would run if one came out of the water. I guess food is a good bridge or barrier though.

Real nice shot of this beauty, Jim and it does seem to have an expectant look on it's face. I wish the water was a bit smoother for an better reflection and I would guess that you wished that too, But, as the saying goes - "You can't always get what you wish for!" Nice work, my friend -

The last time a goose ate out of my hand, by coincidence, was the last time I had a goose dinner. :-)

Beautiful shot of the goose, Jim. Excellent clarity and detail in capturing the texture of the feathers. It's funny how dark the water is at your local lake. And it's never very calm. Since it's hay fever season, you must be having some windy days.
