What a big wash up of dead trees from the river, they need to cut them up and clean it out. Maumee is a very pretty old gal JB!

That is quite a bunch of old trees and I don't think the beavers did it. Wonderful color tone to your shot.

Are you building a fort by the Old Maumee, JimboB? It looks like it is way down on the Maumee River. Cool textures.

Well composed shot Jim. Looks like a great place to take in the scenes and let the day go by.

Maumee...waitin' for ya...prayin' for ya... down by the Maumee

Love the grouping of logs in front of the water. Does look like fall, but I'm sure that has changed in just the last week.

There are those moments when spring before it is fully sprung and fall before it is fully gone look very similar - you caught it with your eagle eye - very nice composition on this.

Jimbob, did you know that Maumee was named after the Miami Indian Tribe. I didn't. I just learned that. But, I can imagine canoes going up and down this river. Nice shot Jim.

Excellent use of light and dark to create depth, Jim. I really can't see anything that I dislike in your shot. The title is excellent as well. Nice subdued colors and a well deserved 8 out of 10.
