Hmm...seems to be a bit more water here plus the addition of the boats. I like the view and your perspective on it. I do see the heron.

The sunlight makes a big difference Jimbob, although the other shot was also a very good one. I can see the heron and also her on the balcony.

Some people have Gurus, I have my camera. Through the cam lenses I have learnt to deeply perceive life, not only to see, but to look at all expressions of nature, becoming able to read the poetry of the flowers, receiving the embrace of the trees and flying above the clouds without wings! - Susie Sun

Love the angle in this shot Jim - the sky is really the star but the left and right sides add their own interest and the framing is dynamite.

It is a JimBobDandy of a shot. There is a lot to look at and enjoy. I particularly like the smoke coming from a Nuclear Power Plant or something. The reflections are also good. Top Notch work.

Jimbo dear,
As much water as needed [in reply to Cindy LOL].
Very serene and simple like an entry for the minimalist contest, too.
Myself cannot bring myself to think of anything real minimal - everything means=looks like all the world - even a pine cone LOL

If I'm not mistaken, Jim, these are the same condominiums and lighthouse that you posted in "Lighthouse and Condos". Very nice job of capturing the cloudy sky and reflections. I always end up with tons of noise when I try a shot anything like this. And yes I spotted the heron. A beautifully composed shot if you don't mind my saying. A solid 8 out of 10 in the VB.
