For a second I thought Frank had changed his clothes, but this is Frank's younger brother Jesse. At least he doesn't spend the day staring at two ass's asses. I'm not sure where he got Larry's King's suspenders, but he looks rested and comfortable - obviously he has a much better job than Frank.
