I love the water, so nice and fresh in these summer days. Lovely shot, Jim.

Sometimes as soon as I look at an image a song starts playing in my head Jimbob. This post brought to mind this song.
I love shots by the mill and this is a good one.

Refering to Bob's comment above, I know only a hypotenuse as a geometric term. Think that Bob like to say that he loves the way the dam was constructed (with an angle). If so, I agree with him. Beside of constructional aspects, it's more vivid now than a straight one, lol.
Nice shot, Jimbob.
Regards, Cornelius.

It is a nice view with the water overflowing gently but in an unbroken line. Good capture Jimbob.

They are all right - it does look like a croc in there - very nice angle.

Very nice lines and the water looks so calm even though there is a waterfall. I agree it looks like a croc in the water.

Hey, Jimbob...

This must be either Crystal Springs or Hawaiian Springs where they take the water from Mother Nature and put it in a plastic bottle. It certainly looks tasty.

I like the perspective on this image. Mother Nature was ever so cooperative to have created a waterfall with a 135° angle. What? This is man made? Oops.

Jim, a real trooper would have waded into the murky 6" depths and moved those logs out of the way. They look like they've been stranded there in the sun for a week, poor things.

Quite a long dam. I wonder why they angled it. Good shot, Jim.
