This is a wonderfully clear and sharp image Jimbob. The blurred background looks very good too. As for your comment above, I have sent you a PM.

This is a terrific photo of this little fellow. I found one like it but had part of the wing missing and I couldn't seem to repair it good enough. The blue in the wing is beautiful. You got a wondeful capture here.

Perfectly captured, looks better tilted than straight up. My favorite dragonfly to photograph.

I certainly hope this isn't a parting shot, Jim (pun intended) - but if it is you sure left us with a nice one. Love the detail and the overall browns of the image. Very well done, my friend -

Hi, Jim...

First of all, that is one spectacular shot of the dragonfly. The sharp detail is extraordinary. The image is flawless.

Secondly and most importantly, please don't leave Caedes. We all have other interests, I think. I know I do. There are at least 20 comments above mine. You have lots of friends here on Caedes that will miss your shots of the zoos of Ohio. I'm still trying to figure out what happened with Frank and Helga and those canal boats.

You and I are the only truly sane people on Caedes (and I'm not entirely sure about myself). Please don't leave me alone with the inmates.

Some people have Gurus, I have my camera. Through the cam lenses I have learnt to deeply perceive life, not only to see, but to look at all expressions of nature, becoming able to read the poetry of the flowers, receiving the embrace of the trees and flying above the clouds without wings! - Susie Sun
