Makes a very good photo Jim. Alyhough I sometimes don't understand why people want to have art in a place like this. But for a photographer a very nice opportunity... Great work :-)! Mich
Jimbob, I do suppose that the creator of this modern art work had the goal to visualize a regatta. If so, think however that it will never have a winner, lol. Seen and captured very well my friend.
Jim, my vision of this art relates back to the native Americans who once lived by this waterway.
To me, those are canoes. The high backs are the men in the canoes and the cross bars would be the paddles. Just me guessing, but I like both what I see and what I think I see!! lol.
They are interesting water sculptures & looe like sailboats to me. Love the yellow / green contrasts as well as the reflections. Beautifully captured, Jim.
Have you got an entry in the current contest, Jim...if not perhaps this would make a good one...I very much like the design and lightness of these sculptures and great reflections...faved.
In your light I learn how to love. In your beauty, how to make poems. You dance inside my chest, where no one sees you, but sometimes I do, and that sight becomes this art. ~Rumi~
