I'm sure the bench caught OB's eye right off. lol My eyes were drawn to the red, of course. Such a well kept and attractive place this is for visitors. Though I have not seen this place I feel as though I have now been there because I have seen it through your angles and your eyes in different ways. You didn't have any trouble it seems to me, coming away with lots of wonderful shots from this lovely place.
I've visited this beautiful Mill through your posts. I just love the shutters...so quaint. Amazingly, it is handicapped accessible! Makes it quite current. You have not posted a repetitive shot yet, Jim.
Cardinal Red, you gotta love it JimboB. I think I will sit on the bench with the Owd Timer while you finish your shoot and then we can all go for a pint. We better take Count B because he is looking for a bar. Good series.
Jimbob, refering to Owd Bob's comment, I like to put forward this remark: it doesn't surprise me that the bench caught his eye right off, what me surprise however is that it's not occupied by him for his dayly outdoors nap. This must have a reason. It can't be the quality of the bench, because it's a solid state one, lol.
You're now making me curious as to what is actually inside that building Jim!! Do you have a peeking shot through an open window perhaps? ha ha I dont expect it is as nice as the outside, of which you have again captured an interesting aspect. Well done! Ann
I don't know about this one. I can't read the museum hours!...lol...Just kidding darlin. Beautiful close up of the mill with great color and focus!!! Superb:)
Jimbob, I have noticed that the focus has been a bit soft on the last couple of shots. I don't actually give a darn because the overall image is wonderful, but I wanted to have something to say while I'm waiting for the #$%^ing claims adjuster to get back to me.
Another great entry onto the series, Jim. The only thing missing is you stretched out on the bench! Tripod and timer next time! Set it up, run over and have a rest - ;)
The bench with a sleeping place for our SOB, the all-prevailing old style with its dainty wood carvings for me - if I have another life, then I will be born in the US - and in a RICH family, too !!! Thanks and congratulations, dear agent. *you have no idea what a surprise it was for me to discover by e-mail your real full name* LOL Yours SAM
This one is the very best for me. Compact like chamber music .... OK, this is me and my way of naming things unnamed so far LOL Thanks once again, Yours SAM
good angle for this one, and the colours look terrific
