On the left is the Delaware Breakwater Lighthouse and on the right, is a watch tower built to look for German u-boats during WWII. Click Here if you care to see more about the towers. This shot was taken from one of the towers that sits back in Cape Henlopen State Park.

I have been up the Delaware river quite a few times Jimbob bound for Chester and Philadelphia. Nice panorama showing the light house and the view out to sea.

I like Pano's JimboB. I think we should have a category just for them. This is a wonderful shot and really ties your trip together.

An extremly well done pano Jim. The island out in the ocean added great dof and the clarity is great.

Those are some humongous oil tankers off shore. And thanks for the history lesson. I had no idea that there were German u-boats off the Atlantic Coast. I did see "The Russians are Coming. The Russians are Coming", but that was a different war. Very nice pano. Wish there was a bit more going on.
